Delivery & Returns

Free delivery for Republic of Ireland on items over €50. Orders under €50 will be subject to a handling/shipping charge of €6.00.  You will receive your order within 5-7 working days (Delays may apply due to Covid 19) providing they are in stock and are not pre-order products. This is only a guideline and is not a guarantee. go baby buggies is unable to take responsibility for any delivery delays which are outside of their control. 

We use a third-party courier service provider and on occasion human error may cause a package to be misdirected.  Once despatched, the on-time delivery of a package is the responsibility of the courier company and go baby buggies  cannot be held responsible for a package not reaching its destination on time. 

We will make every effort to deliver all your items together and at the same time, however in some cases your order may arrive in separate consignments.  

 

Returns 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund or exchange within 30 days. Returns must be unused, unopened and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. 

Please inform us of your intent to return the unwanted product or item so we can solve this matter quickly and efficiently. You can reach us by email: contact@gobabybuggys.com where we can give you further instructions. Failure to do this may result in a delay with your refund. The following information is required when you call/email:

Your email contact number and contact details should we need to contact you

For hygiene reasons, we do not refund/exchange opened bedding/mattresses baby accessories unless they are faulty. 

 

Return through courier: 

As per our terms and conditions returning any items is at your own expense and through your own courier. go baby buggies  will only organise a courier and incur the cost of the return if the item is defective, or we have delivered the item to you in error or as a substitute. Once we receive your item back to store our team will then process a refund to the card your order was placed with which will be credited to your account within 3-5 working days.

Delivery

If no one is at home when AnPost attempts delivery they will leave a calling card and give you a time to collect the goods from your local depot. Clear details of this will be on the ‘sorry we missed you’ card that will be left by your driver.

 

If the delivery address refuse delivery of the goods or if you do not respond to the “sorry we missed you” card left by your driver, your order will be returned to the us. We will then wait for you to contact us before we refund you your money minus the return postage cost. 

 

We strive to get your order to you in accordance with the delivery option you selected but, due to circumstances out of ours and our couriers control, i.e. Covid delays extreme weather conditions, unforeseen incidents, delays may occur. Please be assured we will endeavor to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible.

 

Failure to enter the correct delivery details may result in a charge to amend these.

 

Wrong Delivery Address Inputted

If you provide us with a wrong delivery address and your goods are signed for by another party, go baby buggies  cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result.

Delivery times may vary due to unforseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not

include weekends and bank holidays.

You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the goods you purchase.

If you purchase goods from us for delivery to a destination outside Ireland your purchase may be

subject to import duties and taxes applied by the destination country. You are responsible for paying

any such duties or taxes. Please contact your local customs office for more information before

making a purchase. We are not responsible for the payment of any such duties or taxes and are not

liable for any failure by you to pay them.

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of

the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person

as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information. 

 

Hassle-Free Returns

You may of course return any items purchased from go baby buggies  within 30 days of purchase date. All goods must be unused and in their original packaging. Please enclose your order details so we can process your refund promptly. Returned items are at your own expense

Right to Cancel and Receive Reimbursement

If you are a customer living in the United Kingdom or the Eurpoean Union you have the right to

cancel your contract to purchase goods from us within 14 days without giving notice. The

cancellation period:

– Will end 14 days from when you receive, or someone you nominate receives, the goods when

you purchased good(s) in one order that are all delivered together;

– Will end 14 days from when you receive, or someone you nominate receives, the last good

when you purchased goods in one order that are delivered separately; or

– Will end 14 days from when you receive, or someone you nominate receives, the first good

when you purchased goods that will be regularly delivered during a defined period of time.

To exercise your right to cancel you must inform us of your decision to cancel within the
